Metasyndicate The Metasyndicate is an oligarchy which periodically has a charismatic puppet autocrat known as the Auditor for any major actions.  The Composers are who hold true power in the Metasyndicate and that is shameless fact, but it’s still a tradition to elect an Auditor and try to kill said Auditor.   The Composers are machines who in previous generations committed a systemic holocaust of the Nukutsu (the Nukutsu of non-Harganian origin, anyways), but ultimately brought them back from the dead after the silence began to set in with a deeply revised historical record.
